Proen Engineering is founded by Ertuğrul Ağaoğlu who is also the general manager of the company. He has been actively doing business in this market more than 30 years. At work, he focuses on our ability to innovate quickly, listening effectively to our customers, delivering what customers want and gaining regulatory support for financially-sustainable business models.

Ertuğrul Ağaoğlu graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 1984 majoring in electrical engineering. He worked in Saudi Arabia as Site Engineer between 1984 and 1989. Till 1993 he took part in various projects at engineering and contracting area. In 1993 he founded Proen Engineering and afterwards he executed divergent projects and still continues to do so.

Aydın Harman graduated from Inonu University in 2002. Since joining Proen Engineering in 2005, he has been taking part in site engineering, site supervision and project managing. Now he is continuing his work as general coordinator. He is managing site, project and test&commissioning stages.

Muhammed Güneş graduated from Gaziosmanpasa University in 2005. Since joining Proen Engineering in 2005, he has been taking part in site applications. He is continuing his work as site supervisor. He is coordinating and controlling the compatibility between site applications and project designs, executing and managing test&commissioning stages.

Süleyman Tepe joined Proen Engineering in 1999, since then he has been taking part in site applications. He is continuing his work as site supervisor. He is actively taking part in site coordination with his broad experience in site supervision and site application, executing and managing test&commissioning stages.

Akın Güven graduated from Marmara University in 2014. Since joining Proen Engineering in 2017, he is working as site supervisor. He is organizing work schedules, orienting site teams, executing and managing test&commissioning stages.

Yasemin Ağaoğlu graduated from Kocaeli University in 2016. She knows 3 different foreign languages including English, German and Spanish. Since joining Proen Engineering in 2013, she has been working as project engineer. She is supporting the site teams with project designs for coordination, maintaining communication with the employer and managing test&commissioning stages.
